The apartment is cleaned once every 3 days with a change of towels and bedding. If additional cleaning is required, you must contact the administrator with a request and pay the cost of the "Additional Cleaning" service.
Check-in time - 14:00. Check-out time - 12:00
Late check-out from 12:00 to 19:00 is paid in the amount of 50% of the room rate for 1 billing day. Late check-out after 19:00 on the day of departure - 100% of the room rate for 1 billing day.
Early check-in from 00:00 to 7:00 am is paid in the amount of 100% of the room rate for 1 billing day. Early check-in from 7:00 to 12:00 on the day of check-in - 50% of the room rate for 1 billing day.
Extension of stay or late check-out is possible if there are free rooms.
In case of non-arrival, the cost of one days stay will be charged.
Early check-out, in case of departure of a guest or group of guests, before the planned departure date according to the previous reservation without good reason, a penalty of 100% of the cost of one day of stay (groups of guests - for 3 days) is charged in accordance with the booked tariff.
Penalty day for early check-out is not charged, in case of advance written warning to the reception administrator no later than one day before the departure date.
In case of early departure, the funds are not refunded and remain on deposit at the hotel and can be used by the guest until the end of the current year.
